Job summary

Country Club of Rochester is seeking a friendly Server to provide exceptional dining experiences for our members and guests at the Rochester clubhouse.

Under the supervision of the Food & Beverage leadership, you will take orders, present specials, ensure prompt, courteous service, and maintain a clean, safe dining area. Availability on weekdays and weekends is required; benefits include medical, dental, vision, and 401k.

• Greeting members and guests by name when possible.
• Providing a welcoming environment to members and guests while dining at the Club.
• Taking orders, presenting, and explaining specials, offering information, and making suggestions about the menu.

• Maintaining a clean and safe environment, working with team members when necessary.
• Performs other duties as directed by Senior Food & Beverage Manager.

Job Summary

Under the general guidance and supervision of the Senior Food & Beverage Manager and Clubhouse Manager, the Server is responsible for the overall execution of the member and guest experience while dining at the Club.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Greeting members and guests by name when possible
• Providing a welcoming environment to members and guests while dining at the Club
• Taking orders, presenting, and explaining specials, offering information, and making suggestions about the menu
• Ensuring prompt and courteous attention to member and guest needs while providing superb overall customer service
• Maintaining a clean and safe environment, working with team members when necessary
• Performs other duties as directed by Senior Food & Beverage Manager

• Must have weekday and weekend availability.
