Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and standards.

• Maintain knowledge of spirits, wines, beers, and cocktail offerings.
• Manage bar inventory, garnishes, and supplies.
• Ensure accurate cash handling and POS transactions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary bar.

• Assist servers with beverage preparation.
• Perform opening and closing duties including cleaning and stocking.
