Job summary

Postino Winecafe is seeking a bartender to deliver a full-service bar experience. You will prepare beverages to standard or guest request, while keeping a clean, organized bar environment. You will also assist other service positions as needed and support your teammates to uphold hospitality standards.

Qualifications

• 1 year of full-service bar experience or equivalent.
• High-school diploma preferred.
• State Food Handler’s Management Certification is required.
• Responsible Alcohol Service Certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Accurately prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to company standards or per guest requests.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized bar area.
• Deliver a full-service experience to guests seated at the bar.
• Assist other service positions as needed and uplift teammates.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Bartender your responsibility is to accurately prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to company standards or per guest request, while maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitized work area. This role delivers a full service experience to guests sitting at the bar and assists other service positions as needed.
