Responsibilities:

• Ensure responsible alcohol service including checking IDs to confirm legal drinking age. Maintain a clean and organized workspace at all times. Maintain proper cash/credit card handling procedures as prescribed by the company. Exemplify Trophy Bar’s, vision and values in the way you approach your shift each day. Maintain safety and sanitation practices. Food and Beverage menu knowledge Accurately and quickly complete opening and closing duties while taking pride in it. Follow all policies and processes communicated by your manager or the company. Position includes building customer relations through active communication with guest. Excellent customer service to all customers and internal team members Deliver an outstanding experience that guest will remember as unique and fulfilling.
