All FOH positions are expected to report to work as indicated on the work schedule, be in correct uniform, and practice positive personal hygiene and cleanliness habits during all work shifts. Each position will obtain their station assignment at the beginning of the shift and perform all opening and closing duties as needed and directed by the Manager on Duty. Teamwork is essential, including assisting fellow team members to enhance the guests' dining experience. Any guest dissatisfaction should be communicated to the Manager on Duty. FOH team members must perform all duties and maintain knowledge of all standards and procedures as outlined in each position's RCSH Employee Training Packet.

Duties And Expectations

1. Order, requisition, and stock all liquor, beverage, and other bar supplies according to established procedures.
2. Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while adhering to RCSH specifications, recipes, and procedures.
3. Greet all bar guests promptly, make beverage suggestions, and answer questions about food and beverage service.
4. Record and ring all food and beverage orders from bar guests, preparing beverages upon receipt of a computer beverage ticket.
5. Observe guests to ensure satisfaction and respond to their needs and requests promptly.
6. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area to RCSH standards.
7. Comply with all liquor laws and RCSH policies regarding alcohol service.
8. Perform cashiering duties for the service staff and restaurant.
9. Availability for nights, weekends, and holiday shifts is required.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 Years Bartender Experience Required
