Job summary

Specialty Restaurants Corporation’s Odyssey group is seeking a bartender to prepare and serve a diverse range of beverages with precision and flair. You will engage guests and ensure a memorable experience, while applying expert knowledge of whiskeys, origins, and pairing suggestions.

Maintain a clean, organized bar, stock supplies, and uphold health and safety standards. Collaborate with teammates to deliver hospitality and support others as needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a diverse range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair.
• Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a memorable and enjoyable experience.
• Demonstrate expert knowledge of whiskey varieties, including origins, flavor profiles, and pairing suggestions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking inventory and managing supplies.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, ensuring responsible service of alcohol at all times.
• Collaborate with colleagues to uphold Odyssey's reputation for excellence and hospitality.
• Provide assistance to other team members and perform additional duties as assigned.
