Role Description The Bartender is a full‑time, on‑site role based at North Fork Mono Casino & Resort in Madera, CA. In this position, the Bartender prepares and serves alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages, follows standard recipes, and maintains a clean, organized bar area. Day‑to‑day tasks include greeting guests, taking orders, explaining drink selections, checking identification to verify age requirements, and handling cash, credit card, and player club transactions accurately. The Bartender restocks supplies, monitors inventory levels, complies with all health, safety, and responsible alcohol service regulations, and collaborates with servers and other team members to ensure efficient service. The role also involves resolving guest concerns promptly, maintaining a professional demeanor in a fast‑paced environment, and supporting overall food and beverage operations as needed.

Qualifications
