The role requires excellent communication, cash handling, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should be 21+, able to stand for long periods, and willing to obtain required certifications.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 2+ years in a full-service food & beverage guest-facing environment preferred.
• Casino beverage experience preferred.
• Current Food Handler certification and RBS certificate required or ability to acquire one.
• Must obtain and maintain a Tribal Gaming Commission Gaming License.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Responsabilidades

• Greet Guests, take drink orders, and deliver beverages efficiently and courteously.
• Maintain a clean assigned area and collect glassware from the floor.
• Balance cash drawers and process payments accurately.
• Ensure compliance with Responsible Beverage Service and gaming regulations.
• Upsell drinks to increase sales.
• Communicate with bartenders and kitchen staff.
