Job summary

Atlantis is seeking an experienced Bartender to provide exceptional guest service at our bar and restaurant. You will prepare cocktails and non-alcoholic drinks, take orders, and ensure a superior guest experience while maintaining bar organization and safety standards.

The ideal candidate has training in mixology, strong communication skills, and a friendly, professional demeanor. This full-time role includes benefits and opportunities for growth within the hospitality team.

Qualifications

• Experience preparing alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and taking orders.
• Proficient in mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks.
• Able to assess customer preferences and provide recommendations.
• Strong communication with guests and teammates.

Responsibilities

• Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons.
• Interact with customers, take orders and serve meals and drinks.
• Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations.
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails.
• Plan and present bar menu.
• Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age.
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience.
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations.
• Deliver food accurately and efficiently.
