Job summary

True Food Kitchen is seeking friendly bartenders to craft signature cocktails and beverages, while delivering warm hospitality to guests in a fast-paced setting.

You’ll work nights, weekends, and holidays with a focus on guest satisfaction, responsible service, and team-based success. This role offers part-time to full-time hours with dining discounts and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol.
• Experienced in bartending or mixology.
• Flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledgeable about wine, beer, spirits, and specialty drinks.
• Passionate about service and hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Craft signature cocktails and house-made juices.
• Brew lattes and other specialty beverages.
• Build relationships with guests and provide top-tier hospitality.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized bar area.
• Follow alcohol laws and financial procedures.
• Perform opening/closing side work and assist with inventory.

Compensation: Starting at state tipped minimum wage/hour + Tips*
