Job description

Job Responsibilities

1. Efficiently maintain bar supplies, including preparing daily requisitions as necessary.
2. Be fully familiar with all types of liquor, drink recipes, pricing, proper glassware, and garnishes.
3. Know drink recipes, prices, and available beverage options.
4. Handle cash accurately, including proper discounting, using MICROS systems (or registers), managing bank procedures, and adhering to tip policies. Ensure accurate charging and intake of all monies.
5. Anticipate guest needs, respond promptly, and acknowledge all guests to maintain positive guest relations.
6. Resolve guest complaints to ensure satisfaction in each interaction.
7. Complete formal training on liquor liability within 30 days of employment and every 2 years thereafter.
