Percy Restaurant in Boise, ID is seeking a talented Bartender to join our growing hospitality group. You will craft cocktails, serve guests with a friendly attitude, and help maintain high standards across the bar and dining room. Responsabilidades

• Create a memorable experience for guests through food and drink suggestions, prompt and accurate service and a great attitude
• Answers all menu and service-related questions with accuracy, professionalism, and confidence
• Set up bar, execute prep work, and tear down bar at end of shift
• Extensive cocktail, beer, and wine knowledge and follows all recipes precisely
• Constantly monitor and maintain food and drink standards for recipe production, appearance, correctness, quality, and safety
• Process accurate cash and credit card transactions with point-of-sale system
• Handle guest concerns by listening; informing a manager; and helping to resolve issues
• Maintains a clean and sanitary workstation, including bar stools, high tops and surrounding floors
• Communicate with servers and managers regarding availability of seating and special requests
• Constantly move behind the bar and throughout the kitchen and restaurant
• Assist with every facet of restaurant front of the house procedures as needed to ensure an outstanding guest experience
• Assist with bussing and resetting tables according to our standards as needed
• Assist bar-back as needed
• Operate a variety of kitchen equipment and tools
• Support team members including leadership
• Execute effective communication skills
• Exude positive attitude under stress
• Contribute to a fun and professional work environment
• Ability to execute follow-through

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

MUST have TIPS certification

Create a memorable experience for guests through food and drink suggestions, prompt and accurate service and a great attitude
