Woodfield Country Club in Boca Raton is seeking an experienced Bartender to serve members in an upscale dining environment. Candidates should have at least 2 years of bartending experience and a friendly, client-focused personality.

Knowledge of JONAS is a plus. The role involves greeting patrons, taking orders, mixing cocktails, and ensuring an exceptional dining experience, with weekend and holiday availability.

Responsibilities

• Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages including wine, beer, and liquor.
• Take orders and offer personalized suggestions to enhance the dining experience.
• Practice mixology using fresh ingredients to create high-quality cocktails.

Outgoing personality and excellent communication skills are a must andknowledge of JONAS is a plus.Bartenders areresponsible for food and beverage and service knowledge, servingmeals to members in ourrestaurants and providing an exceptionaldiningexperience.

• Must be available to work weekends and holidays

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

• The bartender is responsible for greeting patrons, processing their food/beverage orders, and maintaining the overall environment according to the standards of Woodfield Country Club.
• Demonstrates the ability to build relationships, recognize membership by name and retain member preferences.
• Serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages including but not limited to wine, draft beer, bottled beer, liquor, etc.
• Takes food and/or beverage orders from members and their guests, offering suggestions to personalize and customize the dining experience for each patron.
• Practices mixology using prepared and fresh ingredients to make high quality cocktails and other beverages.
• Serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with federal, state, local and company regulations.
