Watermark Retirement Communities, Inc. is seeking a Server/Bartender to join our dining team and serve residents in a compassionate, hospitality-focused setting.

You will deliver meals and beverages, assist with dinner service, and support the dining room team to create a welcoming atmosphere for seniors and guests each day.

Responsibilities

• Order and serve meals to residents following the steps of service.
• Deliver beverages to residents and guests in a timely manner.
• Prepare beverages for dinner service in the main dining room.
• Assist in the main dining room and with bar-tending as needed.
• Maintain a clean and tidy work space.

Primary responsibilities of the position include:

• Ordering and serving meals to residents, following the steps of service
• Delivering an outstanding customer experience in our Bistro, Taboon restaurant, marketing and resident events
• Serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to residents and their guests in a timely and efficient manner
• Preparing beverages for main dining room during dinner service
• Willing to serve food and bar-tend simultaneously, serving most of the time
• Maintaining a clean and tidy work space
• Working with the dining team on additional responsibilities such as assisting in the main dining room as needed
• Candidates must have experience in bartending and food service as well as a desire to work with seniors. Dependability is a must. This is an exciting and rare opportunity. Come experience a meaningful career with a hard working and driven team.
