Job summary

Watermark Retirement Communities, Inc. in Bellevue, WA is seeking a Server/Bartender to deliver beverage service and meals to residents and guests in our Bistro and restaurant settings.

You will work with the dining team, serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, and help with dinner beverage preparation while maintaining a clean, welcoming workspace. Candidates should have bartending and food service experience, a genuine interest in seniors, and reliable dependability.

Primary responsibilities of the position include:

• Ordering and serving meals to residents, following the steps of service
• Delivering an outstanding customer experience in our Bistro, Taboon restaurant, marketing and resident events
• Serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to residents and their guests in a timely and efficient manner
• Preparing beverages for main dining room during dinner service
• Willing to serve food and bar-tend simultaneously, serving most of the time
• Maintaining a clean and tidy work space
• Working with the dining team on additional responsibilities such as assisting in the main dining room as needed
