Job summary

Claiborne Senior Living seeks a friendly Bartender Server to assist with beverage service and support meal service for residents and guests in a senior living setting.

You will prepare drinks, take orders, and help maintain a clean, welcoming dining environment while delivering exceptional customer service and building rapport with residents and families.

Qualifications

• Bartending or food service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and drinks.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented mindset.
• Bartender certification and SERVSafe preferred (where applicable)
• Ability to build rapport with residents, families, and guests

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages safely and professionally
• Take drink and food orders while providing excellent customer service
• Assist residents during meal service and respond promptly to requests Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of bar, dining, and service areas
• Accurately process transactions using the POS system
• Support meal preparation, service, and dining room setup as needed
• Follow food safety, inventory, storage, and sanitation procedures
• Help create a warm, welcoming dining experience that promotes resident satisfaction
