Job summary

Atlas Restaurant Group is seeking a bartender who greets guests, learns preferences, answers questions, and recommends menu items. You will prepare and serve beverages and food, upsell items, and create recipes while using proper equipment and maintaining cleanliness.

Strong teamwork and attention to detail are essential. The role requires 1-2 years of experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Salary Range: $7.50 To $7.50 Hourly

General Summary

The Bartender will greet customers, learn about their preferences, answer questions, recommend menu items, and prepare and serve beverages and food. Bartender will also upsell items, create recipes, utilize proper equipment and ingredients, and handle basic cleaning duties.

Requirements

• Basic math and computer skills

• Eye for detail and understanding of drink mixing tools and techniques
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, etc. for extended periods, and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Maintaining composure, keeping emotions in check, controlling anger, and avoiding aggressive behavior, even in difficult --situations.

Compensation

Maryland: This role pays $3.63 - 10.00 per hour plus tips

Pennsylvania: This role pays $2.83 per hour plus tips

Delaware: This role pays $2.23 per hour plus tips

Florida: This role pays $9.98 per hour plus tips

Texas: This role pays $2.13 per hour plus tips
