True Food Kitchen in Annapolis seeks a bartender to deliver exceptional hospitality and craft cocktails in a lively, guest-centered environment. You will brew specialty drinks, build guest relationships, and maintain a clean bar while adhering to alcohol laws and procedures.

This role supports AM/PM and mid-day shifts, offering part-time to full-time opportunities. Flexible hours and a welcoming team await those passionate about service.

Qualifications

• Experience in bartending or mixology.
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol.
• Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of wine, beer, spirits and specialty drinks.
• Friendly, attentive, guest-focused.

Responsibilities

• Craft signature cocktails and house-made beverages.
• Brew lattes and other specialty drinks.
• Build relationships with guests and provide top-tier hospitality.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized bar area.
• Follow alcohol laws and financial procedures.
• Perform opening/closing side work and assist with inventory.

Compensation: Starting at state tipped minimum wage/hour + Tips*
