The successful candidate will have direct experience manufacturing rifled firearm barrels, including deep-hole drilling, precision reaming, and button rifling, and will lead a growing barrel cell team as

Qualifications

• Direct, hands-on experience manufacturing firearm barrels or rifled barrel blanks.
• Experience with deep-hole gun drilling, precision reaming, and button rifling.
• Ability to independently set up, operate, troubleshoot, and optimize barrel manufacturing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Own the barrel manufacturing cell and end-to-end process.
• Set up, operate, troubleshoot, and optimize barrel manufacturing equipment.
• Perform deep-hole drilling and precision reaming of barrel blanks.
• Set up button rifling and ensure rifling specifications are met.
• Lead process validation, production ramp-up, and continuous improvement.
