You will provide clear instructions, offer modifications, and foster a welcoming class environment while keeping the studio clean and up-to-date with Barre techniques.

CPR/AED certified, and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Certified Barre Instructor with recognized certification.
• CPR/AED and First Aid certification (training provided if needed).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Punctual, reliable and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging and dynamic Barre classes for all fitness levels.
• Develop and deliver safe, effective Barre routines focusing on strength, balance, flexibility.
• Provide clear instructions and proper form cues during class.
• Offer modifications and variations to accommodate participant needs.
• Create welcoming class environment to encourage participation and retention.
• Maintain a clean, organized fitness studio space.
• Stay current on Barre trends and improve knowledge.
• Attend staff meetings and trainings as required.
