Job summary

barre3 Jersey City is seeking energetic, dependable instructors to join our in-person team. Both part-time and full-time opportunities are available, with schedules that may include early mornings, evenings, and weekends.

You will teach barre3 classes, learn our methodology, and help foster a welcoming, inclusive community. Candidates should have a passion for fitness, strong communication, and the willingness to complete barre3 instructor training and the audition process; CPR/AED certification

• Engage with clients before and after class.
• Prepare the studio before class and reset it afterward.
• Participate in required training, team meetings, and studio events.
• Help create a warm, inclusive, and community-focused environment.
• Full-time instructors may also support studio operations, membership engagement, and community events.

Position

We are looking for energetic, dependable, and community-minded instructors to join our Jersey City team. Both part-time and full-time opportunities are available.

• Part-time: Approximately 3–6 classes per week
• Full-time: A larger and consistent teaching schedule, along with additional studio and community-support responsibilities

Candidates should have availability that may include early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
