The Vermont Judiciary seeks a collaborative Court Operations Manager to lead daily operations and supervise staff for the Barre Superior Court Unit. This role advances fair, timely, and accessible justice by ensuring efficient processes in line with rules and procedures.

Reporting to the Superior Court Clerk, the COM will supervise Criminal and Family division staff and may oversee other divisions. A Bachelor’s degree and four years of supervisory experience are required, with extensive benefits

Formación

• Four years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Bachelor's degree required or six years of court/related experience may substitute for education.
• Experience leading projects, committees, training, or process improvements is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily operations and supervise Barre Superior Court Unit staff.
• Coordinate scheduling of court resources monthly, weekly, and daily.
• Manage vendor/contractor services including office supplies and maintenance.
• Prepare monthly reports and budgets; monitor financial packets.
• Ensure accurate court records and professional service to the public.
