Qualifications

• Experience in manure management or farm labor is preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Able to work in a barn environment with unsanitary conditions.
• Willingness to follow safety and hygiene protocols.
• Experience operating manure belts or similar systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Wear safety equipment at all times.
• Shower daily before and after shifts for hygiene.
• Operate manure belts and move diverters as specified.
• Run belts per schedule and ensure full rotations.
• Monitor equipment and troubleshoot issues promptly.
• Clean belt scrapers and sweep barn areas after work.
• Move manure to piles using proper equipment and methods.
• Remove debris before transitioning to next barn.
