• Follows and ensures team adheres to Food Division Standards and Best Practices.
• Provides leadership and directs associates in serving customers and food products.
• Ensures drip coffee, espresso, beverages, pastries meet Macy's standards.
• Maintains merchandising, product presentation, and signing standards.
• Meets speed of service and monitor food quality using checklists.
• Provides coaching, feedback, and motivation to maximize team performance.
