You will manage STONE HOUSE COFFEE SHOTS counters, ensure high standards in sales, staffing, and product quality, and lead a team in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include staff training and scheduling, customer service, cash handling, order fulfillment, and maintaining clean, organized work areas.

Qualifications

• Oversee daily operations of the STONE HOUSE COFFEE SHOTS counters.
• Ensure standards in sales, staffing, product quality, visual merchandising, and operations.
• Remain calm under pressure.
• Motivate, train, schedule, and oversee staff.
• Wait on the public and provide exceptional customer service.
• Operate a computerized cash register and process payments.
• Stock shelves, supplies, and the cooler.
• Clean and maintain the coffee counter and store areas.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the STONE HOUSE COFFEE SHOTS counters.
• Assure standards in sales, staffing, product quality, visual merchandising, and operations.
• Build relationships with customers and assist with product location.
• Complete shift paperwork accurately and effectively.
• Detect shoplifters and follow safety procedures.
• Answer and screen telephone calls properly.
• Maintain store areas and restrooms.
