Responsibilities |
What You’ll Do - Deliver exceptional guest experiences by connecting with customers and preparing quality beverages and products.
- Stay knowledgeable about menu items, seasonal specials, and preparation techniques while recommending menu options to customers.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, performing all cleaning, opening, and closing duties.
- Process all payment methods accurately and efficiently.
- Serve as an ambassador by maintaining a professional and polished personal appearance.
- Perform other duties as assigned to ensure smooth operations.
What You’ll Bring - An outgoing and social personality with a passion for guest service.
- Excellent communication and listening skills, with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail and product quality.
- Previous experience is a plus but not required.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and occasionally lift up to 30 pounds.
