• Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, equipment, and service areas
• Uphold company standards for work procedures, dress, grooming, punctuality, and attendance
• Adapt to changes in work areas and operational procedures with a positive, flexible attitude
• Demonstrate a willingness to learn new skills and continuously improve existing ones
• Identify and resolve routine operational issues independently; ask for assistance when needed
• Actively support team members and assist with additional duties as required

Compensation is determined based on the unique circumstances of each candidate.You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program. Any award under this program is subject to its rules and may depend on individual and organizational performance. Virginia Compensation Range: $17 USD - $18 USD
