Qualifications

• Experience in a Starbucks or food service role in a restaurant, hotel or similar environment preferred.
• Must have attention to detail with the ability to be thorough in your work.
• Must be able to work independently while maintaining timelines.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of baristas during assigned shifts.
• Ensure efficient and smooth operation of the Starbucks store.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues promptly.
• Train and coach team members to uphold Starbucks standards.
