Job summary

Hospitality America, the operator of Courtyard by Marriott Baton Rouge Downtown Hotel, is seeking a Starbucks Shift Supervisor to lead our Starbucks team on assigned shifts and uphold service standards.

You will train baristas, manage inventory and cash, and ensure a clean, welcoming store environment while following policies and procedures. Prior Starbucks/food service experience preferred with strong leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in Starbucks or food service preferred.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently with timelines.
• Leadership experience on shift or team basis.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of baristas during assigned shifts.
• Ensure efficient operation of the Starbucks store.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly.
• Train and coach team members to uphold Starbucks standards.
• Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain stock levels.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Assist in promotions and marketing initiatives.
• Handle cash transactions and maintain financial records.
