Job summary

Scooter’s Coffee is hiring energetic Baristas to create memorable customer experiences and support daily store operations. You’ll learn all positions, keep a clean workstation, and contribute to a fast-paced, friendly team environment.

No coffee experience is required; training is provided. Part-time schedules with multiple shift lengths are available, and there are opportunities for advancement as you grow with the team.

What You’ll Do

• Create genuine connections with customers and deliver fast, friendly service.
• Prepare delicious drinks and food according to our quality standards.
• Learn all positions and work together to keep service running smoothly.
• Keep workstations stocked, clean, organized, and ready for the next rush.
• Take ownership of your responsibilities, complete assigned tasks, and use downtime productively.
• Support your teammates, communicate effectively, and bring a positive attitude to every shift.

What We’re Looking For

No coffee experience? No problem! We provide training to help you build your skills and confidence.

What We Offer

• Barista $11–$12 per hour, Shift Lead $12-13 per hour and Designated Store Lead $14-$16 per hour. Plus Tips

• Flexible scheduling, with shifts ranging from 2–8 hours.
