DixieLou LLC in Oklahoma is seeking a friendly Barista to deliver fast, accurate service and craft quality drinks in line with our recipes. You will engage with customers, promote products, and help maintain a clean, welcoming store environment.

Responsibilities

• Connect with each customer and promote sales.
• Welcome questions and educate customers about Scooter's products.
• Take orders and process payment in a timely and friendly fashion.
• Manage cash drawer, following cash handling procedures.
• Serve all customer orders according to recipe and guidelines.
• Deliver products within speed of service guidelines and identify drink upon delivery.
• Operate and maintain cleanliness of all store equipment.
• Optimize workflow efficiency by restocking workstations, food, supplies, and merchandise.
• Make and follow daily checklists.

DESCRIPTION

The Barista creates a memorable customer experience by providing fast, friendly service and consistent, quality products. This role is responsible for performing all job duties in a manner consistent with current company processes and procedures and maintaining all food safety and sanitation standards.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Connect with each customer and promote sales
