Job summary

Concord Hospitality Enterprises in Westerville, OH seeks a friendly Barista to deliver warm, efficient service while crafting high-quality coffee and espresso beverages. You will support food and beverage operations and assist tables as needed, ensuring a welcoming guest experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in barista, restaurant, cashier, or customer service preferred.
• Basic computer and POS knowledge required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work varied hours, including mornings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized service and warmly greet guests.
• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso, tea, and specialty beverages according to recipe and quality standards.
• Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other beverage equipment safely and efficiently.
• Take food and beverage orders, answer menu questions, and make recommendations to guests.
• Deliver food and beverages to guests and provide table service as needed during busy periods.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar, dining area, workstations, and equipment.
• Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately.
• Stock coffee, beverage, food, and service supplies while monitoring inventory levels.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service standards.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism and urgency.
• Collaborate with kitchen and restaurant team members to ensure a seamless guest experience.
