Job summary

Erickson Senior Living is seeking a Store Associate at Fox Run Village in Novi, MI. You will manage daily store operations, greet customers, and help maintain quality merchandise with a focus on service and efficiency.

The role supports onsite dining and community services, offering benefits and growth opportunities within Erickson Senior Living’s expanding network of communities.

Qualifications

• Experience in a store environment preferred.
• Must be able to handle several projects and follow instructions.
• Ability to safely lift or move up to 50 pounds.
• Flexible schedule required, including weekends and holidays.

• Greet and assist customers, providing exceptional customer service.
• Organize, clean, sanitize, and ensure the quality of merchandise.
• Perform daily accounting procedures, as well as receiving, stocking, and rotation of inventory.
• Assists with food preparation, ensuring freshness and quality of the selections.
