Job summary

Fox Run Village by Erickson Senior Living in Novi, Michigan, is seeking friendly servers to deliver exceptional dining experiences to residents and guests. Compensation is up to $14 per hour, based on experience, with opportunities for growth within the dining and other departments.

Servers are responsible for serving residents and guest meals in a friendly, service-oriented manner. The server records and inputs into the POS system beverage and food orders delivers and serves food, ensures exceptional guest service. Our customers look forward to interacting and sharing their day with our knowledgeable, friendly servers!

Compensation: up to $14 per hour based on experience

How you will make an impact:

• Become a subject matter expert on menu items, daily specials, and preparation methods
• Engage our residents and their guests by sharing daily menu highlights and offering recommendations; based on knowing their preferences
• Accurately record food and beverage orders.
• Consistently deliver an exceptional dining experience.
