Paradies Lagardère is an award-winning airport concessionaire seeking team players for part-time and full-time roles in a vibrant retail and dining environment. You will welcome travelers, prepare beverages, and operate the POS system, all while delivering first-class service and maintaining safety standards in a busy airport setting.

Qualificações

• Experience in customer service preferred.
• Ability to greet guests with a friendly, professional demeanor.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests warmly and take drink and food orders quickly.
• Operate coffee making equipment; dismantle and clean machinery as needed.
• Prepare and present beverages according to recipes and standards.
• Accurately total, process, and collect payments using the POS system.
• Handle money including cash and card transactions in a secure manner.

• Handles money, processes credit and debit card, makes change, while complying with the company’s Cash Handling and Loss Prevention Standard Operating Procedures.
• Knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the restaurant's menu and products.
• Whether working in an on-trend national brand, or an iconic concept from the local community, you will create and deliver first-class experiences for the traveling public.
