Job summary

Paradies Lagardère in Palm Springs is hiring for guest-focused roles in our airport-concession environment. We offer part-time and full-time opportunities that place you in a welcoming, diverse team delivering first-class service to travelers.

As a team member you will greet guests, take orders, prepare beverages, handle payments with a POS, and maintain clean equipment. We provide medical benefits, PTO, and a 401K, plus holiday pay and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing role with focus on hospitality.
• Basic cash handling and payment processing.
• Ability to learn beverage preparation and recipes.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet guests and take drink and food orders within 30 seconds of entry.
• Operate coffee making equipment and clean as needed.
• Prepare beverages according to established recipes and presentation standards.
• Accurately total, process and collect payments using the POS.
• Maintain knowledge of menu and products to assist customers.
• Support iconic and national brand concepts with first-class guest experiences.

How you can Make a Difference

• Operate coffee making equipment. Dismantling and cleaning machinery, as needed.
• Prepare and present beverages according to established recipe and presentation standards.
• Accurately total, process and collect payments from guests to include, but not limited to, using the point-of-sale system.
• Handles money, processes credit and debit card, makes change, while complying with the company’s Cash Handling and Loss Prevention Standard Operating Procedures.
• Knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the restaurant's menu and products.
• Whether working in an on-trend national brand, or an iconic concept from the local community, you will create and deliver first-class experiences for the traveling public.

Compensation: $16.90/hour + Tips
