Paradies Lagardère is an award-winning airport concessionaire. We are hiring for part-time and full-time roles in a diverse and inclusive retail and dining environment, with opportunities across award-winning concepts that serve travelers daily.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or guest relations.
• Cash handling and card payments experience is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced airport environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and take drink and food orders within 30 seconds of entry.
• Operate coffee making equipment; dismantle and clean as needed.
• Prepare and present beverages according to recipes and standards.
• Accurately total, process and collect payments using the POS system.
• Handle cash and card transactions following SOPs.
• Be knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the menu and products.
• Deliver first-class experiences for travelers across brand concepts.

How you can Make a Difference

• Warmly greets, acknowledges, and takes guests drink and food order within 30 seconds of them entering the concept.
• Operate coffee making equipment. Dismantling and cleaning machinery, as needed.
• Prepare and present beverages according to established recipe and presentation standards.
• Accurately total, process and collect payments from guests to include, but not limited to, using the point-of-sale system.
• Handles money, processes credit and debit card, makes change, while complying with the company’s Cash Handling and Loss Prevention Standard Operating Procedures.
• Knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the restaurant's menu and products.
• Whether working in an on-trend national brand, or an iconic concept from the local community, you will create and deliver first-class experiences for the traveling public.
