Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beverages including coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and specialty items following established recipes and quality standards.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service to employees, visitors, and building staff.
• Operate a cashless point-of-sale system, accurately processing transactions through card or mobile payments.
• Maintain café cleanliness, including counters, equipment, and self-service stations.
• Restock supplies such as dairy, cups, lids, condiments, pastries, merchandise, self-serve stations and grab-and-go items throughout the day.
• Support food service operations by assisting with coffee catering services, replenishing displays, and ensuring items are properly labeled and presented.
• Follow all safety and sanitation standards, including proper equipment use and food-handling procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and consistent service levels.
• Communicate inventory needs and equipment issues to management promptly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Compensation: $18-$19 per hour DOE| Full-Time

Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 6:30am-3pm

Job Summary

As a Barista/Retail Associate, you’ll provide friendly, efficient service to employees, visitors, and staff by preparing and serving coffee and beverage items. You'll also handle transactions, maintain a clean and welcoming café environment, follow food safety standards, and ensure timely service in a fast-paced setting.
