• Educate guests on menu offerings and help them find the right selections.
• Stock and maintain coffee bar supplies, beverages, and service areas.
• Support meal service preparation and ensure products are ready for guests.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace.
• Follow workplace standards, food safety practices, and service schedules.
• Collaborate with the team to create a welcoming, efficient dining experience.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Compensation: $23 per hour | Full-time

Schedule: Operating hours are Monday-Sunday, 5am-6pm; scheduled days and hours will vary.

Job Summary

As a hospitalBarista, you’ll provide friendly, efficient service to patients, visitors, and staff by preparing and serving coffee, beverages, and light food items. You’ll maintain a clean and welcoming café environment, follow food safety standards, and ensure timely service in a fast-paced healthcare setting. This role requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with hospital staff to support a positive experience for all guests.

Physical and Sensory Requirements

• This job involves regular exposure to moving mechanical parts and a kitchen environment with fumes, airborne particles, and moderate noise. Employees must have the physical stamina to stand for long periods, lift trays, and perform repetitive tasks.
