Job description

As a Barista, you will support your hotel's financial goals by managing the daily operations of the Starbucks facilities and/or other areas within the Food and Beverage department. You will prepare and serve beverages and food to ensure the highest quality of product and service standards, aiming for guest satisfaction and maximizing revenue and profitability through prompt and courteous service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months experience in F&B outlet customer service, including cash handling; previous Barista experience preferred.
• Friendly, customer-centric, with a positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Maintain a professional appearance and dress code at all times.

Responsibilities

• Prepare beverages according to standard procedures, ensuring proper proportions and ingredient control to provide consistent quality.
• Keep work areas clean and organized to maximize efficiency; set up the bar and back bar as per procedures.
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests, following up to ensure satisfaction.
• Perform pre- and post-shift tasks such as stocking and making coffee.
• Access back-of-house areas and handle sensitive information responsibly.
• Handle cash, deposit cash drops, and balance bank transactions securely.
• Interact with guests and colleagues, occasionally without supervision.
• Control access to sensitive areas, including storage and liquor rooms.

• Maintain a high level of trust and responsibility.
• Represent the company professionally, exercising sound judgment and good character.
