Job summary

Concord Hospitality Brand is seeking a friendly Bistro Server for our Raleigh-area hotel bar and lounge. You will greet guests, take orders, and deliver coffee, beverages, and light meals with a smile.

This role requires flexible weekend and holiday availability and the ability to work across front- and back-of-house. Prior coffee and beverage experience is a plus; training is provided to ensure great guest service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all standard hotel coffee varieties such as regular, robust, decaf, and hot water for tea.
• Stock coffee stations with creamers, sugar, cups, lids, stirrers and napkins; restock as needed.
• Prepare and serve food courses and beverages to guests.
• Maintain knowledge of liquor brands, wines, beers and non-alcoholic selections; ensure correct glassware and garnishes.
• Make and serve coffee beverages and assist front-of-house as needed.

Starting Pay: $12 per hour
Shift Hours: 6:00am-2:00pm

Join our team as we are currently looking for enthusiastic individuals to join us in the position of Bistro Server. Working at our hotel bar and lounge outlets means you are many times the first or last greeting our guest receives in the day This position will share time between the front of the house and back of the house so friendly, smiling, service-oriented individuals are desired for this position. Barista associates must be willing to work a flexible schedule which will include weekends and holidays.
