Job summary

DARTCOR HOSPITALITY in Parsippany, NJ is hiring a Barista for our workplace café. You will prepare espresso-based drinks, engage with guests, keep the café clean, and support peak-hour service.

Mon-Fri 7am-3pm with competitive wage $20-22/hour plus benefits including health, dental, vision, PTO and 401K. Prior café experience preferred; a positive, team-oriented attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• Prior barista or customer-facing café experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to craft high-quality coffee beverages with consistent presentation.
• Strong multitasking in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Excellent communication and a positive, team-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Coffee & beverage preparation including espresso drinks and specialty beverages.
• Provide friendly, attentive customer service and take orders.
• Maintain a clean, organized café workspace and stock levels.
• Expedite orders during peak hours and assist with order fulfillment.
• Collaborate with café staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
