• Replenish server stations with polished ware; assist with recycling and trash removal.
• Maintain washing/cleaning of glassware and pots; ensure sanitation.

POSITION SUMMARYThe Barista is one of the first faces a guest may see when they begin their day so they must be friendly, approachable, knowledgeable and efficient so we can meet each patron's expectations while helping them get their day started. The Polisher helps to ensure the Restaurant always has clean, presentable glassware, flatware, and plateware while also helping to maintain the general cleanliness of the restaurant space.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESMake lattes, cappuccinos, macchiatos, and americano's to orderBrew drip coffee and teasBag loose tea by weightSet up and break down Barista station dailyPolish cleaned flatware, glassware, and plateware for the restaurantAssist with restaurant floor recycling and trash removalMaintain washing/cleaning of glassware and soy potsReplenish server stations with polished flatware, glassware and platewareCleans and sanitizes work areas, utensils and equipmentOTHER:Regular attendance in conformance with the standards, which may be established by the Hotel from time to time, is essential to the successful performance of this position.
