Job summary

Ascension Coffee is seeking a Server to join our Hospitality Team. The Server greets guests, takes orders, serves food and beverages, and ensures each guest feels welcomed with gracious, attentive service.

Responsibilities include keeping a clean, inviting café; restocking as needed; handling transactions quickly; communicating clearly with guests and teammates; and building memorable experiences through friendly, detail‑oriented hospitality.

Qualifications

• Serving experience is required.
• Specialty coffee experience is a plus.
• Reliable transportation with the ability to travel between locations.
• Availability for nights and weekends.
• Strong leadership, team-building, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities and resourcefulness.
• Self-motivated with a willingness to take direction.
• Ability to stand for extended periods (~8 hours per shift).

About the role
