Job summary

Top Pot Doughnuts in Seattle is hiring a regular part-time Barista to join the Wedgwood team. You’ll be serving donuts, pastries and coffee drinks with a guest-first approach, while maintaining cleanliness and following Top Pot standards.

Openings emphasize weekends and flexible scheduling; candidates should enjoy great customer service, teamwork, and a positive attitude to create a bright spot in guests’ days.

Responsibilities

• Serve doughnuts, pastries, sandwiches, beverages and coffee orders following Top Pot's recipes and quality standards
• Prioritize guest experience with a friendly, efficient service approach
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in accordance with Company guidelines and Health Department requirements
• Work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holiday shifts
• Support teamwork and positive atmosphere on shift

We are currently looking for a regular part-time Baristato join the team!This is regular/permanent position, not a seasonal role and must be able to work primarily on weekends.
