Job summary

Top Pot Doughnuts in Edmonds, WA is seeking a friendly Barista to join our cafe team. This regular part-time role offers weekend and closing shifts, flexible scheduling, and a chance to create smiles with doughnuts and coffee.

You will serve beverages and food items, follow Top Pot recipes, maintain cleanliness, and deliver outstanding guest service while lifting up to 25 pounds and standing for shifts.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate a high level of customer service.

• Be flexible to work weekends and closing shifts.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Follow Top Pot's recipes and quality standards while serving doughnuts, pastries and beverages.

Responsibilities

• Serve doughnuts, pastries, sandwiches, beverages and coffee orders following Top Pot's recipes and quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation per Company guidelines and Health Department requirements.
• Provide outstanding guest service and build rapport with customers.

We are currently looking for a regular part-time Baristato join the team!This is regular/permanent position, not a seasonal role and must be able to work weekend and closing shifts.

• Able to work a flexible schedule, including opening, closing, weekends, and holiday shifts
• Able to occasionally lift and move up to 25 pounds
• Able to stand and walk for the duration of the shift
