Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship or valid work permit.
• Must have a valid State-Issued Driver's License.
• 1 year in cashiering, barista, or food running preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• State Alcohol Serving Certificate and State Food Handlers Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Anticipate guests' needs, respond promptly, and acknowledge all guests, however busy and at whatever time of day.
• Observe guest reactions and confer frequently with team members to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain positive guest relations at all times. Resolve guest complaints to over-the-moon satisfaction.
• Provide guests with friendly, fast, and personalized service in accordance with Hotel standards.
• Accurately prepare beverages and serve light meals for guests in a warm, welcoming, and fast-paced manner.
• Ring sales orders into the cash register and maintain an accurate bank during cash transactions.
• Ensure daily setup procedures are complete; complete prep for next shift.
• Other duties as assigned.
