SCP HOSPITALITY MANAGER LLC is seeking a friendly morning Barista for a part-time role in our Hotel Cafe in Redmond, Oregon. The position runs Thursday through Sunday with early shifts, offering competitive pay plus tips.

Qualifications

• 1 year in cashiering, barista, or food running preferred.
• Must be a United States citizen or possess a valid work permit.
• Must have a valid State-Issued Driver's License.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• State Alcohol Serving Certificate and State Food Handlers Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Anticipate guests' needs, respond promptly, and acknowledge all guests.
• Observe guest reactions and confer with team members to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain positive guest relations and resolve guest complaints to high satisfaction.
• Provide guests with friendly, fast, and personalized service per hotel standards.
• Accurately prepare beverages and light meals in a warm, fast-paced environment.
• Ring sales orders into the cash register and manage cash drawer.
• Ensure daily setup is complete and prep for next shift.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Ensure daily setup procedures are complete; complete prep for next shift.

Requirements
