Soul Community Planet Hotels seeks a friendly Barista for our hotel cafe in Redmond, Oregon. This part-time role covers morning shifts from early morning to early afternoon, with a focus on high-energy teamwork and exceptional coffee service.

You will prepare beverages and light meals, handle cash, and ensure guest satisfaction in a fast-paced setting. 1 year experience preferred; state certificates required.

Qualifications

• 1 year in cashiering, barista, or food running preferred.
• Must be a United States citizen or possess a valid work permit.
• Must have a valid State-Issued Driver's License.
• State Alcohol Serving Certificate and State Food Handlers Certificate.

Responsabilités

• Anticipate guests' needs, respond promptly, and acknowledge all guests, however busy and at whatever time of day.
• Observe guest reactions and confer frequently with team members to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain positive guest relations at all times. Resolve guest complaints to over-the-moon satisfaction.
• Embrace and exemplify the SCP Culture & Core Values in day-to-day duties.
• Provide guests with friendly, fast, and personalized service in accordance with Hotel standards.
• Accurately prepare beverages and serve light meals for guests in a warm, welcoming, and fast-paced manner.
• Ring sales orders into the cash register and maintain an accurate bank during cash transactions.
• Ensure daily setup procedures are complete; complete prep for next shift.
• Other duties as assigned.

Salary: 15.55 to $17.00 per hour + Tips
