Job Summary

Summary: Prepare and serve coffee/espresso drinks and related food and beverage items. Follow HACCP guidelines for food safety. Interact courteously with customers and staff.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare espresso orders using standard measures and recipes.
• Enter orders accurately into POS; accept payments.
• Replenish condiments, beverages, and supplies; maintain cleanliness.
• Ensure proper presentation, portion control, and serving temperatures; adhere to HACCP standards.
• Maintain sanitation of equipment, supplies, and utensils.
• Follow recipes and standards for food preparation.
• Keep display equipment clean during service.
• Clean equipment and workstation thoroughly after use.
• Greet customers courteously; relay concerns to supervisors.
• Serve customers efficiently and prevent delays.
• Understand and explain menu items clearly.
• Assist in selling techniques and customer decision-making.
• Merchandise display foods attractively and serve neatly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
